Hans Rudolf Trüeb is a highly regarded legal practitioner who serves as DiNAQOR’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
He is a senior partner at leading Swiss law firm Walder Wyss, where he co-leads the firm’s Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology and IP team. Known for providing expert counsel to Swiss and international clients on corporate and technology-related transactions as well as governance and compliance issues, Mr. Trüeb has been named Lawyer of the Year multiple times by Best Lawyers and given top ranking by legal industry associations. He is often retained as an expert and represents clients in court and before tribunals.
He serves as Co-Chair of the Zurich Bar Association’s Technology and Telecom law Practice Group and as an adjunct professor at Zurich University Law School.
Mr. Trüeb earned his legal degrees at Zurich University and the Boalt Hall School of Law at University of California, Berkeley.
